Soccer Game Preview: Houston Math Science & Tech vs. Westside

Houston Math Science & Tech and Westside are an even 4-4-2 against one another since February of 2018, but likely not for long. The Houston Math Science & Tech Tigers will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against the Westside Wolves at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

It was a proper cat-fight when Houston Math Science & Tech faced off against Bellaire on Thursday. Houston Math Science & Tech fell 3-1 to Bellaire.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Westside, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand Bellaire a 1-0 shutout on Saturday.

Westside is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Houston Math Science & Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-3.
