Volleyball Recap: Churchill Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Churchill suffered their biggest loss since September 4th on Saturday. They lost 3-0 to the Wilsonville Wildcats. The Lancers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Wilsonville scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-19, 25-22.

This is the second loss in a row for Churchill and nudges their season record down to 14-10. As for Wilsonville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Churchill nor Wilsonville have any future games scheduled.
