Volleyball Recap: Raytown Takes a Loss

Raytown lost against Lawson back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bluejays fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 2-1. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Raytown's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Lawson, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-0-2 record this season.

Raytown will be playing in front of their home fans against Belton at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lawson, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Barstow on the 20th.
