Baseball Recap: Alabama Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Alabama Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 10-2 to the Tallassee Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-3 last Thursday.

Alabama Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Tallassee, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alabama Christian Academy will welcome South Lamar at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday. As for Tallassee, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Stanhope Elmore at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
