It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Elizabeth had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Ridge Red Devil by a score of 74-61. The win was familiar territory for the Minutemen, who have now won four matches in a row.

Elizabeth's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Ridge, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 23-7.

Looking ahead, Elizabeth will challenge Plainfield on Saturday. One thing working in Elizabeth's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven contests. Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
