Baseball Game Preview: Hayward Farmers vs. Berkeley Yellowjackets

Castro Valley hit Berkeley with a five-run sixth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Yellowjackets fell 9-4 to the Trojans. The Yellowjackets' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Berkeley saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Quinton Hill, who went 3-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.

Hayward's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Berkeley, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
