After a string of six wins, Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell to the Christel House Eagles 64-58.

Christel House got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Terrance Meredith out in front who went 5 for 9 on his way to 18 points. That's the most points Meredith has posted since back in January. Josiah Jackson was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 13 points and nine boards.

Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats' loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Christel House, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats will be taking part in a tournament against Richmond on Thursday. Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matchups -- so hopefully Richmond likes a good challenge. As for Christel House, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Tindley at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. The timing isn't great for Tindley: they have been struggling with five straight losses at home, while Christel House has snatched up five consecutive wins on the road.
