Volleyball Recap: Copper Hills Comes Up Short

Copper Hills was the 3-0 winner over North Sanpete when they last played one another back in October of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Grizzlies came up short against the Hawks on Friday, falling 3-0. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their offense was headlined by Katarina Kovacevic and Lindsey Whittaker, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Paige Jensen and her 16 assists.

Copper Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for North Sanpete, the win keeps them at an undefeated 16-0.

Copper Hills has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Sky View on the 26th. As for North Sanpete, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against South Summit on the 26th.
