Basketball Game Preview: Bridgeport Bulls vs. Burkburnett Bulldogs

The Bridgeport Bulls will head out to square off against the Burkburnett Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bridgeport is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.

On Friday, Bridgeport came up short against Springtown and fell 51-43.

Meanwhile, Burkburnett was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Lake Worth 92-60. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Burkburnett is also on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.7 points per game. As for Bridgeport, their loss dropped their record down to 12-15.

Bridgeport was dealt a bruising 89-52 defeat at the hands of Burkburnett when the teams last played on January 3rd. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Bridgeport was down 51-18.
