Volleyball Recap: West End Comes Up Short + How To Watch

West End was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Boaz Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Monday.

West End's loss dropped their record down to 11-17. As for Boaz, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-15 record this season.

Coincidentally, West End and Boaz will both be playing St. Clair County the next time they take the court. The Pirates will host the Fighting Saints at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Patriots will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
