Basketball Recap: Serena Piles Up the Points Against Lamoille

Serena won the last time they faced LaMoille and things went their way on Friday too. The Serena Huskers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the LaMoille Lions 70-37. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Huskers.

Despite the loss, LaMoille still got an impressive performance from Tyler Billhorn, who shot 4-for-6 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 26 points and ten boards.

Serena now has a winning record of 9-8. As for LaMoille, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

Serena will venture away from home to take on Somonauk at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for LaMoille, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Stockton at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. LaMoille is facing Stockton at the right time seeing as Stockton is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
