Football Recap: Golden West Falls to Arroyo Grande in First Game of Season

Golden West had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost to the Arroyo Grande Eagles on the road by a 35-21 margin on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Trailblazers in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Golden West will challenge Dinuba at 7:30 p.m. on the 29th. As for Arroyo Grande, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Newbury Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
