Softball Recap: Princeton Takes a Loss

Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They fell 7-4 to the Sycamore Aviators. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Aviators this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-7 back in April.

Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Sycamore, their victory bumped their record up to 10-11.

Coming up, Princeton will square off against Colerain at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sycamore, they will take on Goshen at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Aviators' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 7.4 runs per game this season.
