Basketball Recap: Durham School of the Arts Bulldogs vs. Granville Central Panthers

The Durham School of the Arts Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They fell 48-36 to Granville Central. While losing is never fun, Durham School of the Arts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 421st, while the Panthers are ranked 162nd).

Durham School of the Arts' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jadin Haynes, who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds and two blocks, and Josiah Dorsette who scored eight points along with seven assists and five steals. Dorsette has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 15 times he's played.

Jordan Alston continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Granville Central, scoring 12 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
