Baseball Recap: Lynn Comes Up Short

Lynn fell victim to Oakman and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 7-0. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Bears' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Lynn's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 16-4. As for Oakman, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season.

Lynn will head out on the road to square off against Dora at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Oakman, they will be playing at home against Gadsden City at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
