Volleyball Recap: Ottawa Cyclones vs. Topeka Trojans
Ottawa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Topeka Trojans. The Cyclones were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.
Ottawa was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-18, 25-13.
Ottawa's loss dropped their record down to 6-29. As for Topeka, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-18.
As of now, neither Ottawa nor Topeka have any future games scheduled.
