Wasco is 10-0 against Delano since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Wasco Tigers will head out on the road to face off against the Delano Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

If Delano heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Wasco took over last week. Wasco walked away with a 3-1 victory over Chavez on Tuesday. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 455th, while the Titans are ranked 944th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Delano kept a clean sheet against Shafter on Tuesday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Generals 1-0. The Tigers wouldn't have won without Lionel Madrigal, who scored the game-winner.

Delano now has a winning record of 5-4-2. As for Wasco, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4-1 record this season.

Wasco was able to grind out a solid win over Delano when the teams last played back in January of 2024, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wasco since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
