There's no place like home for Overton, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Cane Ridge Ravens with a sharp  14-4 victory on Tuesday. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by seven  runs or more this season.
 Hana Kajihara was  incredible,  going 1-for-3 with four  RBI, one  triple,  and one  run. Those  four  RBI gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jailyn Norman, who  went 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 Overton  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .588. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Cane Ridge only posted  an  OBP of  .300.
Overton pushed their record up to 14-5 with the  win, which was their eighth straight  at home. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games. As for Cane Ridge,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 7-6.
As of now, neither Overton nor the Ravens have any future games scheduled.
