Basketball Game Preview: Ector Eagles vs. Trinity Christian Academy Warriors

The Ector Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Trinity Christian Academy Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Ector is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Ector is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Avery on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Eagles lost 55-29 to the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, Trinity Christian Academy got the win against Grayson Christian back in December of 2025 by a conclusive 53-31. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Trinity Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Ector, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.

Ector couldn't quite get it done against Trinity Christian Academy when the teams last played back in December of 2024 as they fell 50-43. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
