Softball Recap: Butler Comes Up Short

Butler was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 20-6 to the Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers.

Butler's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Breckinridge County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-5.

Coincidentally, Butler and Breckinridge County will both be playing Hopkins County Central the next time they take the field. Butler will head out to face Hopkins County Central at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Breckinridge County will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
