Softball Recap: Morristown-Hamblen West Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Morristown-Hamblen West came into Monday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Claiborne Bulldogs by a score of 7-2 on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win got Morristown-Hamblen West back to even at 9-9. As for Claiborne, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Morristown-Hamblen West will head out to square off against David Crockett at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Claiborne, they will venture away from home to take on Oliver Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
