Mancos and Ignacio are an even 5-5 against one another since August of 2021, but not for long. The Bluejays will head out to square off against the Bobcats at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

The final score came out to 25-22, 22-25, 25-20, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Ignacio didn't have quite enough to beat Poudre on Saturday and fell 2-1.

Ignacio started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-18, 19-17.

Mancos' defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Ignacio, their loss dropped their record down to 10-3.

Mancos couldn't quite get it done against Ignacio in their previous matchup back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Bluejays avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
