Baseball Recap: Frederick Gunn Comes Up Short

Frederick Gunn was the 4-0 winner over Williston Northampton when they last played one another last Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Highlanders came up short against the Wildcats on Wednesday, falling 14-1.

Will Bartoli made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one home run.

Frederick Gunn dropped their record down to 2-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Williston Northampton, their record now sits at 3-4.

Looking ahead, Frederick Gunn will be playing at home against Taft School at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Williston Northampton, they will venture away from home to face off against Canterbury School at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
