Phil Campbell had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against the Red Bay Tigers. While the Bobcats didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Phil Campbell pushed their record up to 6-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Red Bay, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 6-3 record.
