Cascade Christian had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They came out on top against the Washington Patriots by a score of 2-0.

Cascade Christian easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-17.

Jenica Walling paced Cascade Christian's offense, picking up ten kills. Walling got some help from Emma Compton and her 18 assists. Walling was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Cascade Christian's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Cascade Christian has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Gig Harbor on the 20th. As for Washington, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Fife on the 22nd.
