Heartland Christian skates past Fishers Christian Academy with ease

Recap: Heartland Christian Saints vs. Fishers Christian Academy Knights

The Heartland Christian Saints scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Fishers Christian Academy 83-32 on the road. With Heartland Christian ahead 51-16 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Heartland Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sawyer Koffer led the charge by scoring 20 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Koffer has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Clemens, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds.

Heartland Christian pushed their record up to 15-6 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points per game. As for Fishers Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Heartland Christian and Fishers Christian Academy will both be playing Tabernacle Christian the next time they take the court. Heartland Christian will head out to face Tabernacle Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while Fishers Christian Academy will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on February 12th.
