Basketball Game Preview: Columbine Rebels vs. Golden Demons

Two dominant forwards in Cash Boykin and Leif Hansen are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Columbine Rebels will venture away from home to square off against the Golden Demons at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Golden took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Columbine, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Columbine turned things around against Bear Creek on Friday. They came out on top against the Bears by a score of 61-51.

Meanwhile, Golden didn't have quite enough to beat Evergreen on Friday and fell 55-53. The Demons haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Golden's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Columbine, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 7-7.
