Evan Moreno Goes Supernova in Robinson Victory
Starting off the list is Robinson's Evan Moreno, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Moreno rushed for 205 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last four games he's played dating back to last season.
The win (which was Robinson's third in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Moreno will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when he faces off against Connally on Friday.

Connally found a leader in Jamarion Vincent as the squad took down China Spring on Friday. Vincent made a major impact, rushing for 164 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (106.7). He didn't just play on offense: he also made four total tackles and defended two passes.
Vincent and Connally will welcome Robinson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Vincent took on the Rockets, he threw for 149 yards and two touchdowns on only nine passes. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Jabarie Thornton Delivers Best Performance of Season
Jabarie Thornton produced his most outstanding game to date while leading La Vega to the win on Friday. Thornton picked up 161 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
The win got La Vega back to even at 3-3. Thornton and La Vega will square off against China Spring at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
