Central waltzed into their match on Friday with 14 straight wins... but they left with 15. They strolled past the Laramie Plainsmen with points to spare, taking the game 50-31. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 76-52 back in January.

When it comes to explaining why Laramie lost, don't look at Carson Milam. Despite the final result, she almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Stacy Ruggles, who posted four points and three steals.

Central's win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-1. As for Laramie, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will venture away from home to challenge East at 6:00 p.m. on February 28th. East will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Central surely won't give up without a fight. As for Laramie, they will square off against South at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Laramie is facing South at the right time seeing as South is stuck on a 20-game losing streak.
