Sawyer Thomposn Game Report: vs St. Cecilia

Passers beware: Sawyer Thomposn came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also picked up 17 receiving yards as Wood River took down St. Cecilia 26-7. We certainly expect to see more performances from Thomposn considering he's already seeing the field as a sophomore.

Coming up, Thomposn and Wood River will square off against Fillmore Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles have been dominating at home and they will enter the matchup having won six straight home games dating back to last season.
