Plymouth Christian Academy got themselves on the board against Marquette on Saturday, but Marquette never followed suit. They blew past the Sentinels 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 13 matches by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Sophie Paryaski was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   three  hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in 18 consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-4 with two  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double. That's the most  RBI  she has posted  over her last 13  games.
 In other batting news, Plymouth Christian Academy let  Mariah Wright and  Kate Harris run wild. Wright  went 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI, while  Harris  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with two  runs and two  RBI. That's the most  RBI  Harris has posted  over her last 12  contests. Another player making a difference was  Chloe Paryaski, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs and one  double.
The  win was  the third in a row for Plymouth Christian Academy, bringing their record up to 17-7. The  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Marquette, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-8.
 Looking ahead, Plymouth Christian Academy will square off against Clare at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Pioneers have now posted at least ten  runs  in their last nine matches. As for Marquette, they will challenge Boyne City at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday.
