Basketball Recap: Johnson County Sports Association Lions vs. Ovilla Christian Eagles
Johnson County Sports Association was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Ovilla Christian Eagles, falling 50-17. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 25-4.
Haylee Flaniken and Rea Unterseher certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Flaniken posted 13 points in addition to five boards and three blocks, while Unterseher scored two points and nine rebounds.
