Baseball Recap: Lighthouse Christian Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Lighthouse Christian couldn't beat Wheatland on Thursday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fifth inning. The Chargers fell 9-5 to the Mules.

Braden Wright was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one triple. Jacob Herbert was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Lighthouse Christian's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 24-10. As for Wheatland, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 26-3.

As of now, neither Lighthouse Christian nor the Mules have any future games scheduled.
