On Thursday Heard County's undefeated season almost came to an end. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 7-6 W against the Harris County Tigers. Those seven points were actually the fewest the Braves have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Harris County's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Madalynn Cauley, who threw for 210 yards and one touchdown. Cauley also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making three total tackles and defending two passes.

Heard County's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Harris County, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 8-2 record.
