Soccer Game Preview: Westerly vs. Chariho + How To Watch

The Westerly Bulldogs will square off against the Chariho Chargers at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Westerly's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Wednesday, Westerly didn't have quite enough to beat St. Raphael Academy and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chariho). They never let Woonsocket get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Chariho considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Westerly has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10-2 record this season. As for Chariho, the win got them back to even at 7-7-2.

Westerly skirted past Chariho 1-0 when the teams last played on Saturday. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Chargers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
