Ripon extended their road winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Kennedy Everhart. The Indians came out on top against the Hughson Huskies by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Everhart, who had 17 digs and three aces. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

Ripon had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-19, 25-12, 25-15.

Hughson's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Izzy Piazza, who had 16 digs and two assists. Emery Visaraga was another key player, getting 15 assists and ten digs.

Ripon's record is now 10-2. As for Hughson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-3.

Ripon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Los Banos on the 10th. As for Hughson, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Ripon Christian on the 11th.
