Volleyball Recap: Immaculate Conception Comes Up Short

Immaculate Conception and Lincoln squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Immaculate Conception had to settle for second. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-15, 25-13.

Immaculate Conception dropped their record down to 7-13 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Lincoln, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 25 of their last 27 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Immaculate Conception nor Lincoln have any future games scheduled.
