Volleyball Recap: Central Bucks East Comes Up Short

Central Bucks East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Abington Galloping Ghosts. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Galloping Ghosts apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2021.

Central Bucks East's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Abington, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Central Bucks East will square off against New Hope-Solebury at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Abington, they will venture away from home to challenge Wissahickon at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
