Softball Recap: Byhalia Takes a Loss

Byhalia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 16-0 to the Senatobia Warriors, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-0 last Tuesday.

Byhalia's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Senatobia, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-9 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Senatobia beat Byhalia by a score of 19-1 later that day.
