Volleyball Recap: Ridgeview Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ridgeview can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roanoke-Benson Rockets on Monday. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rockets earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

While Ridgeview had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-20.

Ridgeview has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-21 record this season. As for Roanoke-Benson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-23-1.

Ridgeview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Roanoke-Benson, they will challenge Lexington at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
