The Lauralton Hall Crusaders lost to the Westhill Vikings back in December of 2021, but the Lauralton Hall Crusaders didn't allow the Westhill Vikings the same satisfaction on Wednesday. Everything went Lauralton Hall's way against Westhill as Lauralton Hall made off with a 42-16 win. That 42-16 margin sets a new team best for Lauralton Hall this season.
Maura Bosse continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 11 points and ten steals. She set a new season high mark in rebounds with eight. Another player making a difference was Katelyn Landin, who scored 15 points.
Lauralton Hall's victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4. As for Westhill, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lauralton Hall will take on Lyman Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lyman Hall is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. Westhill will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Brookfield at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
