Bishop put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Robinson Rockets by a score of 5-2.

Ayla Gonzales was excellent, scoring a run while going 3-for-3. Amanda Muniz was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Bishop was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .409. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Robinson only posted a batting average of .150.

Bishop's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Robinson, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Bishop wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 14-4 loss against Port Neches-Groves on the 14th. As for Robinson, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-0 win against West on the 17th.
