Abbeville Christian Academy got themselves on the board against Trinity Christian on Wednesday, but Trinity Christian never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Eagles. The result was nothing new for the Generals, who have now won nine matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Not much got past Monty Masters, who gave up just two hits and racked up 11 Ks to keep Trinity Christian off the board.

On the hitting side, Hunter Reynolds was a standout: he got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaiden Buckhannon, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Abbeville Christian Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .435. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .364 or higher in three consecutive contests.

Abbeville Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 14-11. As for Trinity Christian, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-6.
