Volleyball Recap: Warner's Run of Eight Straight Victories Now Over

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Warner can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Chester Flyers on Saturday. The Monarchs' defeat signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Several Monarchs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Reagan Wood, who had 15 assists and 14 digs. Wood is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last nine games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Tatum Hanson, who had 12 assists and ten digs.

Warner's loss dropped their record down to 34-7. As for Chester, the victory was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 33-1.

As of now, neither Warner nor the Flyers have any future games scheduled.
