The Seaforth Hawks will be taking part in a tournament against the J.F. Webb Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Seaforth is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Orange just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. While the Hawks didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Panthers 25-14 in the first set.
Seaforth started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 14-25, 25-20, 25-22, 25-12.

Seaforth's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Isabelle Valgus, who had 16 digs and two assists, and Naomi Stevenson, who had 14 kills, 13 digs, and four aces. Stevenson is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least seven every time she's taken the court this season.
Meanwhile, J.F. Webb lost 3-0 to Carrboro on Thursday.
The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-5, 25-5.
Seaforth's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7. As for J.F. Webb, their loss dropped their record down to 9-12.
Everything went Seaforth's way against J.F. Webb in their previous meeting last Thursday, as Seaforth made off with a 3-0 victory. Do the Hawks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
