Volleyball Recap: Exeter Takes a Loss

Exeter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Monache Marauders, falling 3-0. The Monarchs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Marauders apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-20, 25-10.

Exeter's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Monache, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Exeter will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Dinuba at 6:00 p.m. As for Monache, they will head out to challenge Strathmore at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
