Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Emerson against Bergen Charter on Thursday as the squad secured a 47-15 win. The Cavaliers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 25 points or more this season.

Emerson's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Saddle River Day, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Saddle River Day against Emerson in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, as the team secured a 77-28 win. Will Saddle River Day repeat their success, or does Emerson have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
