Chambersburg won the last time they faced Shippensburg and things went their way on Saturday too. The Trojans put the hurt on the Greyhounds with a sharp 3-0 win.

While Chambersburg won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-15, 25-22.

Chambersburg's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kaylie Stull, who had 17 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Stull has posted since back in August. Allison Bert was another key player, getting seven digs and seven assists.

They weren't the only good server: Chambersburg was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. They are 5-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Chambersburg's record now sits at 6-4. As for Shippensburg, their defeat was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-12.

Chambersburg didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Muhlenberg on the 20th. As for Shippensburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Greencastle-Antrim on the 22nd.
