Volleyball Recap: Sycamore Gets the Win

The Sycamore Aviators beat the Lebanon Warriors 3-1 on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Aviators.

Sycamore was especially dominant in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-20, 24-26, 25-22, 25-11.

Loss or not, Lebanon got some senior leadership from Braydon Crockett and Anthony McCoy. Crockett had 33 digs and two assists, while McCoy had 16 assists and nine digs. Those 33 digs set a new season-high mark for Crockett.

Sycamore now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Lebanon, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.

Sycamore will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Lebanon, they will challenge West Clermont at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors are facing the Wolves at the right time seeing as the Wolves are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
