Santa Rosa entered their tilt with Logan on Thursday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They put the hurt on the Longhorns with a sharp 13-2 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Lions considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Josiah Barela was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He tossed five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 3-for-5.
